College Mission

The vision of Government Model College, Kaziranga is to create a full-fledged Higher Educational Institute of excellence with classical infrastructure facility having futuristic approach to impart Holistic Education in Humanitarian science with futuristic provisions of Science, Commerce, Technical Education, and Health including skill courses.

College Vision

The Mission of the Government Model College Kaziranga always strive to –

Create high end Infrastructure facility including building, play ground, library and other allied facilities to host minimum of 3000 entrant at a time by intricately working with department concerned to the Government of Assam.
Recruiting adequate manpower both teaching and non-teaching for smooth functioning of the Arts stream from 2020.
Strategic endeavors to impart holistic education including skill based co-curricular activities making them towards academic excellence along with self employability aligning to NEP, 2020.
Impetus to produce erudite personalities who with their charismatic presence in the society make GMCK as institute of importance at Local, Regional, National and in International arena.

College Goal

The Goal of the college is to develop GMCK a National Higher Educational Institute of repute by next 10 Years.

OBJECTIVE TO REACH THE GOAL:

Create high end infrastructure facility with futuristic capability to hoist minimum of 5000 capacity by intricately working with Department Concerned, to the Government of Assam targeting to good human resource generation.
To set high standards of excellence in the dissemination of knowledge by imparting holistic education through teaching, learning and experiment.
To emphasize on the formation of intellectually sound, socially responsible and morally inspired learners capable of contributing towards the development of the society and the nation.

To encourage the utilization of modern technology for both academic and administrative purposes.
To serve as a premier institute for catering to the academic and social needs of the state of Assam and to work towards making education equitable and accessible for all section of the society.
