Objective: To provide a transparent and effective mechanism for students to address their concerns,
   complaints, and grievances.
Responsibilities:
- To uphold the principles of fairness, impartiality, and natural justice in addressing student grievances, ensuring that all parties involved are treated equitably.
- To foster open lines of communication between students, faculty, and administration, allowing for effective dialogue and transparent handling of grievances.
- To cultivate a supportive and inclusive college environment that encourages respect, understanding, and responsiveness to student needs and concerns.
